Axil Frost

Dr. Axil Frost was best known as the chief rival of Topher Fentonbury, arch mad political scientist and creator of the hybrid countries Croagland and Norsweden.

Frost later defeated Fentonbury after a long struggle.

Frost himself was killed in a famous duel by Dr. Benjamin Dover, inventor of the Freezerwave.
